St-Luc/Tignousa - Col du Meiden n°23

Follow the Chemin des Planètes (Planets Trail) o the Chalet Blanc and turn left onto the path that climbs steadily up towards the Col du Meiden/Meidpass, from where the view opens up and the whole of the Tourtemagne valley (Turtmanntal) can be seen. You are at the linguistic boundary between French and German.
1.
Return to St-Luc on the same path and via Les Girettes (3h30 - average difficulty).
2.
Walk to Gruben, on the German side, via the Meiden alpine pasture. From there, you can return via the same path (5h30 - average difficulty), or by public transport to Turtmann, and then to Sierre and Anniviers.
