This first stage of the Tour des Cabanes leads from Grimentz to the Cabane des Becs-de-Bosson. The hut, ideally located and facing south, benefits from an exceptional panorama, going from the Mont-Blanc to the Crown of 4000 while passing by the summits of the Val d'Hérens.
| Useful information | From the arrival of the gondola, take a long climb in the direction of Tsarva, then follow the signs for the Cabane des Becs-de-Bosson to the top of the installations. The route crosses beautiful pastures along the Torrent du Marais, then more rocky landscapes. The path then crosses lunar scree and leads to the Becs-de-Bosson pass (2962 m). The crossing of a new scree slope allows to reach the Becs-de-Bosson hut in about ten minutes. |
