Easter in Grimentz

Chocolate distribution, special Easter games and Easter mass: the villages of Anniviers are committed to perpetuate the Easter tradition.

Friday 18th to Sunday, 20th April : Easter puzzle through the village

Thursday 17 April 2025
8 pm | Mass in memory of the Last Supper of the Lord at the Church.

Friday 18th April 2025
12 pm / 2.45 pm | Rattles procession. Meeting point 15 min before at the Tourist Office
3 pm | Stations of the Cross at the Church.

Saturday 19th April 2025
12 pm / 6 pm | Procession of the Rattles. Meet 15 min before at the Tourist Office
4 pm| Easter craft workshop at the Scierie
(CHF 5.- per child, booking required online or at Tourist Offices)
8 pm | Easter Vigil Mass

Sunday 20th April 2025
9 am | Mass of the Resurrection of the Lord by Father Voide.
3.45 pm | Procession with the Fifres et Tambours. Departure in front of the Sawmill.
4 pm | Big egg hunt with the Fifres et Tambours
