Cows descent from the Alpine Pastures

Mid-September. At the end of summer, it is time to admire the cows herds coming back to the villages from the alpine pastures. Folk and musical entertainment, food and drinks, to celebrate these special queens coming back to their stables.

Dates are subject to change due to weather conditions.

2024 programme:

10:30 am | Departure of the queens in bloom procession from the Rouaz mountain pasture along the chemin du Crêt
11:30am | Crossing the village towards the Place de la Praz
From 12 noon | Sale of alpine cheeses and opening of the canteens
