With your basket under your arm, head out into the meadows and mountain pastures to pick wild plants and transform them into canapés, soups, gratins, tarts... Spend a day learning how to cook with mountain plants, and you'll get a whole new perspective on what we mistakenly call "weeds". You'll be amazed at the flavours of this unusual meal, with a taste of nature!
