St-Luc/Tignousa - Bella-Tola et Phare du Griolet n°26

Walk via the Cabane Bella-Tola (see walk no. 19). Then cross the routes of the Tignousa and Col des Ombrintzes drag lifts. After winding through the pastures and zig-zagging up the mountainside, you reach the mountain refuge and the summit ridge; when you take your eyes off the path, you see steeply-plunging slopes on both sides. The walk continues to the left along the ridge path, towards the Phare de Griolet,
on the summit of Rothorn. There is a panoramic 360° view from there of all the peaks. You then retrace your steps to reach the “real” summit of Bella-Tola, from where you have a view of more than thirty peaks that exceed 4000m.

Return to St-Luc via the Col du Pas de Boeuf to complete a splendid day-long circular walk (3h - difficult).
