Our commitment to quality is reflected in every dish, with carefully selected products such as grass-fed pork, Limousin, Charolais, Simmental and other premium breeds of beef. But our desire to satisfy every palate doesn't stop there.

Our chef, Julien, is a master of the art of cooking and strives to introduce you to lesser-known cuts of meat. For those looking for a unique culinary experience, we occasionally offer more exotic meats such as kangaroo, bison and crocodile.

We have also expanded our offering to include suggestions and daily specials to suit a variety of tastes and budgets. Our menu includes vegetarian options, fish dishes and creations inspired by world cuisine.

Our restaurant is located in the Hôtel Cristal, at the start of the road leading to the Barrage de Moiry and close to the ski lifts in the village of Grimentz.
